Hello! I'm Plant Based Trace, a plant based chef! I am a 3 times culinary school graduate. I was a Semi-Finalist in the TOP Chef NYC Competition. I was the vegan chef for the hit TV show Dynasty, and worked with many of the stars of the show privately. I deliver 100% vegan food in the North Georgia area (see my map for full details). I am Certified in Plant Based Nutrition by Cornell University. I work with television shows, celebrities, and private clients.
I spent the first half of my life working in women's health care, I co-authored two best selling books on pregnancy and traveled the country speaking on health related topics. In the summer of 2017 I went from being a vegetarian for the last 25 years, to full vegan and I haven't looked back! I am married to my husband of 31 years, we have two grown sons, and I'm proud to say we are all Plant-Based!
